About us

The story so far..

Tsitsi Angeline Mtasa, the founder, worked alongside her parents' domiciliary care and supported living business, discovering how much time and effort was spent on administrative duties, especially rostering planning with current systems, which was found to be largely paper-based, resulting in problems with lack of instant data access.

Initial discussions with care business owners led to meaningful consultations with health care professionals, service users' families and other software engineers. In response to growing concerns which arise from our discussions regarding risk, medication errors, administration tasks, safeguarding against errors, and real-time care monitoring. There was a real need of finding a more practical solution that meets the demands of having the correct tool of digital recording that addresses the above concerns.

This can now be done more accurately, effortless meaning, hard to read daily notes and handovers are no longer in existence. Our solution for a digital care management system enables care managers to create comprehensive care plans that improve the quality of person-centred outcome-driven care and risk assessments.

Our user-friendly care compliance system gives you oversight of your business at a touch of a button and equips you with your CQC inspections and allows you to be ready for industry regulations.
